Hello, all you followers of Jason's mission progress! This blog will be where you can find Elder Martin's letters home, pictures, and testimony, (as I'm sure it will be included in the letters home.)

Elder Martin officially started his mission yesterday, June 23. I (Melanie Nelson, his sister) was able to go with my parents to kick him out at the curb of the MTC. So long, Jason!

The stay at the MTC will last 3 weeks, and from there he will go to Phoenix Arizona. Or where ever else he might get sent that is part of the Phoenix Arizona mission.

So, keep checking back to see how he's doing. I'll update this as frequently as he writes. Also, I'm sure he would love to hear little comments from all of you, so if you don't feel like writing him an all out letter, just leave a comment after one of the blog posts and I will send it his way.

P.S. I didn't come up with the name of the blog. I'll bet you can guess who did though...
